Tim Holderer

Tim Holderer is an experienced aviation professional currently serving as Fleet Captain for the A320 at Lufthansa since February 2020. In addition to his captaincy, Tim has held various roles at Lufthansa and Lufthansa Aviation Training GmbH, including Trainer for Human Factors and Interpersonal Competence since June 2021. As a committed educator, Tim has been an instructor at HECTOR-KINDERAKADEMIEN since 2005 and served as a lecturer in Airfreight at the Berlin School of Economics and Law from 2014 to 2019. Tim's prior experience includes senior managerial positions and flying roles with Lufthansa Cargo from 2007 to 2020 and earlier positions with Lufthansa from 2003 to 2007. Tim holds an Executive MBA from ESMT European School of Management and Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in European Business Administration from Euro-FH. Tim's aviation credentials were obtained through Lufthansa Flight Training, culminating in the attainment of an ATPL.
