Alan Go

Alan Go has worked in a variety of roles since 2012. Alan began their career as a Shift Supervisor at Jamba Juice, where they were responsible for leading and delegating tasks to teams of 3 or more, opening and closing the store, and maintaining security. Alan then moved on to become a Logistics Coordinator at Luxe, where they worked cross-functionally with six city operations teams and city General Managers, overseeing an internal dispatch system to manage everyday logistics. In 2016, they took on the role of Logistics Coordinator/Program Manager at Hopsy, where they worked alongside the marketing team to ensure client events were properly scheduled and covered in the most cost effective method. Following this, they became an Operations Manager at AquaTech Swim School, where they established project control procedures such as project and operations forecast, completed 10+ performance reviews each quarter, and maintained comprehensive knowledge of services to better serve customers and meet demanding sales objectives. In 2018, Alan worked as an Operations Associate at Fuzzy Pet Health, where they maintained client and pet records, scheduled client appointments in an efficient and logical manner, and reviewed appointments to ensure pets are on track with vaccinations and health concerns. Alan also worked as a Logistics Coordinator at Cleanly, where they built optimized routes for home delivery to maintain high level of CSAT, reported daily issues in the dispatch system to provide a better customer experience, and provided suggestions to increase productivity and efficiency. In 2019, Alan became a Marketing Associate at Ride On Drive, where they onboarded new clients and properties for operations, maintained 5-star company Yelp and social media accounts, and scheduled all client services; client subscription retention. Most recently, in 2021, Alan became an Operations Associate at AxleHire, where they compose mobile hub attendant schedules and maintains timesheets, manages data for first mile client orders and injections, and maintains relationships with middle mile logistic clients and confirmation of daily trucks needed. In 2022, Alan began working as a Support Associate at Lugg.

Alan Go is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, General from California State University - East Bay. Alan plans to continue their education at the same university and pursue a Master of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management, General, beginning in 2022 and completing in 2024.
