Alex Dolat

Alex Dolat has over 10 years of experience in operations, customer success, and project management. From 2005-2008, they worked as an Associate Program Manager for ESI International. In 2008, they became a Project Manager and Technology Consultant for EverGreen Solutions, Inc. From 2009-2014, they worked as a Database Management Specialist for The George Washington University Hospital. In 2014, they were promoted to Operations & Customer Success Manager for Getable. Finally, in 2017, they were promoted to Head of Partnerships and then Director of Operations (Remote) for Lugg. In their roles, Alex has managed supply, demand, day-to-day operations, growth, and expansion into new markets, recruited and onboarded 5-star drivers and helpers, developed and implemented processes, provided executive leadership and direction to remote teams, served as a liaison between contractors and rental companies, managed data from multiple systems, and more.

Alex Dolat attended The George Washington University from 2000 to 2004, earning a degree in Finance with a focus in Business Administration. Alex then returned to The George Washington University School of Business from 2010 to 2013, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA). In 2005, they earned a Master's Certification in Project Management from The George Washington University.
