Luigi is the only Voice AI designed to help restaurants eliminate no-shows without implementing credit card holds.

Restaurants today face a dilemma: accept online bookings and suffer 15% no-shows, or ask for a credit card deposit and lose 20%+ of potential bookings due to friction.

Luigi gives you the best of both worlds. Our AI acts as a digital maître d'hôtel:

📞 Qualifies: Calls every guest to confirm attendance and enrich the experience (occasions, preferences).
🤝 Secures: Maximizes show-up rates via the power of verbal commitment.
🧠 Predicts: Analyzes reliability scores to anticipate cancellations.
🔄 Optimizes: Automatically triggers your waitlist to fill tables instantly if a cancellation occurs.

Result: A full house, zero friction for your guests, and a relieved team.

We are currently opening our Beta program for select partners.
