Your RTSM is live. Your EDC is live. The seam between them is where trials stall — and it's rarely anyone's job.

Luis Rodriguez Consulting is an independent, vendor-neutral practice with a deliberately narrow focus: the integration layer between RTSM (IRT) and EDC. Subject registration, randomization, stratification, dispensation, dosing, and visit milestones all flow across that seam. When the flow breaks, the cost is real — enrollment delays, reconciliation work, protocol deviations, regulatory risk.

Built from inside the RTSM vendor. Five years at Suvoda — across oncology, CNS, and rare disease — designing and delivering RTSM–EDC integrations, from Technical Consultant to RTSM Systems Delivery Lead. That vantage point is the whole point: knowing where cross-vendor specs break down, where UAT gets compressed, and where defects surface late.

What we do — productized, project-based, scoped to the seam:
- DTS Pre-UAT Audit — independent review before testing, while issues are cheap to fix
- DTS Deep Review + UAT Support
- UAT Planning & Test Strategy
- Mid-Study Integration Change Support
- Integration Troubleshooting
- Monthly Retainer — portfolio support across active studies

Vendor-neutral by design: work spans Suvoda, Medidata Rave, Veeva Vault EDC, Signant, and cross-vendor combinations, so findings reflect the study's needs, not a vendor relationship. Fixed fees, not hours — you know the number before the work starts, and your team keeps the relationships and the credit.

For small biotech, mid-size pharma, and the CROs who can't afford a silent seam.

Integration without the surprises.
