Igor currently leads the IT department at LUIS+, overseeing a team of over 90 specialists while implementing innovative IT solutions and ensuring high standards of service management. Previously, Igor held key roles such as Head of IT Eastern Europe at DHL Global Forwarding and VP of IT Service Management at DHL Freight, where they successfully optimized IT landscapes and drove significant cost savings. Igor began their career as a system administrator, gaining foundational skills in system support and network management while earning a degree in Applied Mathematics from Moscow State Technical University of Civil Aviation.
