Anatoly Stroganov

Anatoly Stroganov is an experienced Infrastructure Facilities Manager with a strong background in facility management, procurement, and logistics within the oil and film production industries. At LUKOIL since July 2014, Anatoly oversees daily life-support services at oil production sites, develops operational strategies, and manages procurement for non-production facilities. Previously, Anatoly held the same role at LUKOIL Overseas, where responsibilities included lease contract administration and overseeing construction projects in Iraq. Earlier experience includes serving as a Procurement Supervisor at Mosfilm, providing supply chain support for film production, and working as a specialist at Prodintorg, managing foodstuff logistics. Anatoly holds a Master’s degree in International Economics from Moscow State University of Commerce.
