Clara Chen

Clara Chen is an experienced accounting professional currently serving as the Chief Accounting Officer at LUKOIL since March 2015. Previously, Clara held the position of Corporate Controller at CARBER and Financial Controller at BAUER-Pileco Inc, where responsibilities included overseeing accounting and finance departments, implementing ERP systems, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. Clara began her career at PwC as an Experienced Accountant, leading audit teams and providing financial analysis. Clara holds a Master’s degree in Accountancy from the University of Houston and a Master’s degree in Finance from Renmin University of China.
