Damir Bashirov is a highly experienced professional in the field of petroleum engineering, currently serving as the Deputy Chief of Geology at LUKOIL since February 2012. In this role, Damir oversees the organizational management of oil production and well development, conducts surveillance activities to optimize well and reservoir production, and selects engineering production systems for submersible pump technology.
