Ivan Chizhov is a seasoned Senior Drilling Engineer with extensive experience in offshore drilling projects. Currently at LUKOIL since April 2019, Ivan provides operational and engineering support for offshore initiatives. Prior to this role, Ivan worked at Rosneft from August 2014 to 2019, contributing to significant projects such as the ultra-deep water project in the Black Sea and Russian Arctic offshore projects. Ivan's career also includes a position at Schlumberger as a Drilling Engineer from September 2012 to August 2014, where support was provided for Arctic and South Offshore projects, including the successful drilling of the first producing well in the Russian Arctic during the Prirazlomnoe Project in 2013. Earlier experience includes serving as a Lead Well Engineer at Integra Drilling and a Well Engineer at Schlumberger. Ivan holds an engineering degree from Tyumen State Oil and Gas University, earned between 2002 and 2007.
