Maxim D.

Maxim D. currently serves as Vice President and CEO of LUKOIL Lubricants Company, a subsidiary of LUKOIL with a turnover of $1.1 billion. Since joining LUKOIL in 2005, Maxim D. has played a significant role in the oil industry. From 2003 to 2005, Maxim D. was Vice President at TNK-BP, a joint venture between a leading Russian oil company and BP, collaborating with key stakeholders to enhance joint decision-making. Earlier positions include Deputy Head of Downstream, Economics and Finance at TNK from 2001 to 2002 and Associate at Goldman Sachs from 1999 to 2001, where involvement in mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance was prominent. Maxim D. holds an MBA in Economics and Finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, obtained from 1997 to 1999.
