Sergey Ryzhov

Sergey Ryzhov is an HR professional with 25 years of experience in both Russian and multinational companies. They currently serve as HR & OD Director at LUKOIL Mid-East Ltd., as well as in the HR Manager role at TEBOIL RUS. Previously, Ryzhov held significant HR positions at companies including Shell and Salym Petroleum Development, where they were instrumental in developing HR strategies and improving employee engagement. They earned a Master's degree in Psychology from Moscow State University and a Master's in User-System Interaction from Eindhoven University of Technology.
