Vladimir Chernik

Vladimir CHERNIK is an experienced professional in international tax, currently serving as the Head of International Tax at LUKOIL since April 2004, after progressing from the role of Deputy Head in the same department. Prior to their tenure at LUKOIL, Vladimir CHERNIK worked as a Manager at KPMG Tax & Legal Services from February 1998 to April 2004. Vladimir CHERNIK holds a Specialist degree in Economics with a focus on Financial Analysis, Tax, and Accounting from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations (MGIMO), completed in 1997.
