Andrew W. D.

Andrew W. D. is an experienced program manager and Naval Special Warfare officer with a strong background in operations and leadership. Currently serving as the SOAS Program Manager at Lukos since August 2016, Andrew previously held positions at Apple and the Naval Special Warfare Assessment Team, where responsibilities included managing substantial budgets, coordinating cross-functional teams, and mentoring personnel. With a decade of service in the Naval Special Warfare, Andrew effectively led training and operational initiatives that contributed to numerous successful missions and increased security in challenging environments. An alumnus of the United States Naval Academy, Andrew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Economics.
