Steve Elman

Steve Elman is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in intelligence analysis and support services, currently serving as an OSINT DR Analyst and SOF Intel Analyst at Lukos since May 2023. Prior to this, Steve worked as a Field Service Engineer at VICTOR42, where responsibilities included curriculum development and system troubleshooting. Steve has also held significant roles at Vickers Nolan Enterprises and SAIC as a Deputy Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance SME, focusing on training assessments and project monitoring within the intelligence community. Earlier experience includes serving as an Intelligence Analyst in the United States Marine Corps and managing production activities at Cintas. Steve holds a Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity & Cybercrime, a Master's degree in Homeland Security and Emergency Management, and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology, along with a Graduate Certificate in Public Procurement and Contract Management.
