Wayne Nimmo

Wayne "Rudy" Nimmo, MBA, PMP, serves as an Undersea Subject Matter Expert at Lukos since November 2025. Previously, Wayne was an Operational Test & Evaluation Instructor and Courseware Developer at AVIAN from June 2022 to November 2025, supporting the US Navy's Operational Test and Evaluation Force (OPTEVFOR). Wayne has a notable background with the US Navy, including roles as Portfolio Manager at OPTEVFOR and Deputy Director at the Atlantic Undersea Test & Evaluation Center. Wayne's extensive experience also includes positions as Assistant Program Manager for Commander Submarine Forces Atlantic and Operations Manager on the USS Columbia. Educational credentials include an MBA from the Darla Moore School of Business, Project Management Certification, a Graduate Certificate in Nuclear Engineering/Operations, and a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.
