Laxman Degala

Laxman Degala has been in the data and software engineering industry since 2008. Laxman started their career at Capgemini as an Associate Consultant. In 2011, they moved to CNO Financial Group as a Senior Software Engineer, where they provided Techno-Functional Consultation Services Onsite and worked on the Architecture for the new Compensation Processing System (SPM/AIM - Varicent). In 2015, they joined Rx Savings Solutions as an ETL Architect, where they had technical and domain expertise in US Healthcare and was responsible for all data related activities. In 2018, they moved to Clarivate as a Senior Data Architect, where they were responsible for understanding user needs/problems and designing Healthcare SaaS Products for clients. In 2021, they joined RecoveryOne as a Senior Solutions Architect, where they were responsible for building scalable and sustainable Reporting, BI and Analytics solutions. Currently, they are the Chief Data Officer at Lula.

Laxman Degala obtained their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science and Engineering from Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University from 2004 to 2008. Laxman then went on to earn their Master's of Science in Computer Science and Engineering from the University of Missouri-Kansas City from 2014 to 2015. Additionally, they are LOMA (Life Office Management Association) 280 & 290 Certified.
