Mark Nagelmann has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Mark started their career as a Data Analyst at United Way of Santa Barbara County in 2010. In 2012, they worked as an App Developer and Product Manager at App Empire, where they played a key role in developing 50 apps with over 40 million downloads. From 2014 to 2018, they worked as the Lead Web Product Manager at Bluecloud Solutions, overseeing major projects and managing over 50 product launches. In 2016, they founded Attitude Applied, a digital marketing and development company, where they provided tailored career coaching and business modeling services to clients in various industries. Since 2018, they have been working at Lull, initially as the Senior Web Operations Manager and currently as the Director of Web Operations. In their current role, they are responsible for overseeing conversion rate optimization, content management, user journeys, website design, and analyzing web KPIs to measure business performance.
