Amy Rose is an experienced yoga instructor currently teaching at PLATEFIT since September 2016, and at YOGA FIT and Equinox since May 2015 and December 2013, respectively. With certifications from 5 Point Yoga and Maha Yoga since 2012 and 2009, Amy has established a strong presence in the yoga community. Additionally, Amy serves as a Lululemon Ambassador, leading community initiatives at the Brentwood Lululemon store. Education includes participation in the Advanced Course at the Landmark Forum in 2016 and previous involvement with the Landmark Forum in 2015, alongside training from the American School of Yoga.
