Anna Swanson

Anna Swanson serves as the Climate Program Manager at lululemon, focusing on decarbonization and climate impact within the global supply chain. In this role, Anna leads initiatives on renewable energy and energy efficiency, while supporting the Be Planet Impact Agenda aimed at reducing Scope 3 emissions. Previously, Anna worked as an Energy Management Consultant at Posterity Group, where responsibilities included energy scenario analysis and integrated resource planning to assist utilities and governments. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Finance for the MEL & MHLP Alumni Association and as a Renewable Energy Systems Consultant for Community Power, where analysis of greenhouse gas emission reductions was conducted. Anna also contributed as a Business Development Analyst at the Creative Destruction Lab. Academically, Anna holds a Master of Engineering Leadership in Clean Energy Engineering from The University of British Columbia and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from the University of Colorado Boulder.
