Avin Sethi

Avin Sethi, an MBA graduate from Schulich School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Chitkara University, is currently serving as Operations Manager at lululemon since May 2023, focusing on process optimization and inventory management. Prior to this, Avin worked at Amazon in various roles including Pathways Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompassed health and safety standards, inventory control, and cross-functional Six Sigma initiatives. Experience also includes a tenure as Business Development Manager at Syook, a freelance consulting role, and several positions in production management at Tex Fasteners, where skills in workflow organization, cost estimation, and resource allocation were developed. Early career experience includes internships with IEC Gensets Ltd. and Mahindra & Mahindra, where foundational engineering skills were honed.
