Carol Waldmann

Carol Waldmann is the Senior Director of Global Workplace Design at lululemon, where they lead the strategy and execution of leasing, design, and construction projects across the North American office portfolio. Previously, Carol managed investment portfolios at ScotiaMcLeod and held various managerial roles at Scotiabank, where they led workforce analytics and personal banking teams. At BC Hydro, Carol served as the Senior Manager of Real Estate Services, overseeing a team of professionals and managing substantial capital projects. They also held the position of Director of Global Facilities and Real Estate at Hootsuite, focusing on real estate strategies and workplace design. Currently, Carol is pursuing a Master of Business Administration at Royal Roads University while studying English Literature at The University of British Columbia.
