🏼 Davis Neable

Davis Neable is a product design program and operations leader with a rich background in product lifecycle management, strategic planning, and cross-functional collaboration. They began their career at IBM, excelling in collaborative environments to create top-notch product experiences, and later advanced to Shopify, where they built and scaled design teams while integrating design thinking and operational excellence. Currently, Davis serves as the Head of DesignOps at lululemon and the Canadian Chapter Lead for DesignOps Assembly, while also mentoring in design and leadership. They hold a Master of Science in Computer Science, specializing in Human Factors from Loughborough University, and a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo.
