Gary Dearing

Gary Dearing is a Senior Business Program Manager at lululemon, currently leading a strategic effort to implement a global Warehouse Management System across distribution centers. Previously, Dearing held senior program management roles at companies including Safelite AutoGlass, Delphi, and General Motors, where they managed multi-million dollar projects and established project management offices in various sectors. With a strong foundation in both military and corporate settings, Dearing has demonstrated expertise in risk assessment, system integration, and program execution. Dearing earned an MBA and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Mississippi State University and has pursued post-graduate studies in Financial Analysis and Information Systems Management at the National Defense University.
