James Packer

James Packer is an accomplished design professional currently serving as Sr. Manager of Product Design for International eCommerce at lululemon, where responsibilities include leading UX design for international platforms across Europe, Asia, and Australia. Prior to this role, Packer was the Head of Product Design at Capital One, overseeing the Product Design team and championing UX within the organization. Experience also includes leading UX and Design at On the dot, and heading Creative & User Experience at Group IMD. Earlier career roles include Senior Designer at Optimad Media Systems and various designer positions in different companies. Packer holds a BSc (Hons) in Product Design from Brunel University of London.
