Jenny Basa

Jenny Basa is a Director of Global Internal Policy and Advisory with extensive experience in learning and development within the retail sector. Previously, at lululemon, they served in various leadership roles including Head of Training for Asia and Global Training Manager, where they developed strategies for diversity and inclusion training and oversaw the launch of new stores across multiple countries. Prior to their corporate career, Jenny worked as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Treatment Coordinator, providing therapy and clinical supervision. They also contributed to academia as an Adjunct Faculty member, where they developed a syllabus for an Introduction to Art Therapy course.
