Jess Willock

Jess Willock is a seasoned retail professional currently serving as the Senior Retail Director at lululemon, where they also held roles as Senior Manager of Retail Operations and previously as Store Manager and Regional Manager for the Northwest region. With a focus on leadership development, business growth, and community engagement, Jess has a strong background in managing high-volume stores and facilitating operational training since starting in 2005. They hold a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Washington and are actively participating in Landmark Education programs.
