Major Clay is the Training Programs & Coaching Director at Peace Runners 773 and a certified run coach through the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA). They have dedicated their career to supporting the running community and promoting holistic health in Chicago, especially in underserved neighborhoods. Major also serves as a child protective specialist with the Illinois Department of Children and Family Services, having previously worked as a juvenile officer and lead youth treatment specialist. With a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Indiana State University, Major was inducted into the Springfield Sports Hall of Fame in 2023 and is an ambassador for lululemon.
