Mandy James

Mandy James is an experienced professional in operations and recruitment with a diverse background spanning various industries. Currently serving as Assistant Manager of Operations at lululemon, Mandy has also contributed to Girls in Tech Phoenix as Co Managing Director and Sponsorship Co-Chair, focusing on empowering women in technology. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Recruiter at Headfarmer, LLC, and The Intersect Group, in addition to leading remote coaching initiatives at OPEX Remote Coaching, where significant improvements in sales processes and client retention were achieved. Mandy's career began in customer success at The Trainers Elite Network and operations management at CrossFit affiliates. Mandy holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Air Traffic Control Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University.
