Mandy Whiting

Mandy Whiting is currently the VP of People & Culture at lululemon. Prior to their current position, they served as the HR Director at Rocky Mountaineer from November 2013 to June 2015. In this role, they were responsible for developing the 5 year HR strategic plan and reconfiguring roles and upgrading HR talent to support business growth. Mandy also served as a business partner to the President and CEO and other members of the executive leadership team.

In September 2015, they took on the role of Interim HR Leader at Rocky Mountaineer where they were responsible for leading the HR team in delivery of HR strategic projects and operational people requirements. During their time in this role, they worked with the company founder on an initiative to reset culture and values and ensure alignment of all people programs and policies.

Mandy Whiting has a Business Studies degree from Nelson and Colne College. Mandy also has a certification from the Institute of Personnel and Development (UK) in MCIPD.

They are on a team with Tracy Hutton - VP, People & Team Development, Heather Fraser - VP, People & Culture. Mandy Whiting reports to Susan Gelinas, Senior Vice President, People & Culture.
