Matthew Hall

Matthew Hall is the Senior Director of Asset Protection & Safety for North America Retail at lululemon, a position they have held since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Asset Protection & Safety at lululemon from 2020 to 2022, where they focused on creating a safe and balanced workplace. Hall also worked as the Senior Manager of Member Programs at the Retail Council of Canada from 2006 to 2012, driving safety compliance and significantly reducing injury rates among member retailers. They earned a degree in Business Marketing from Fanshawe College between 1999 and 2002.
