Nicholas Smith

Nicholas Smith is an experienced leader in learning and talent development, currently serving as Senior Manager for Learning + Leadership in lululemon's Global Supply Chain and Global Fulfillment since January 2021, where a three-tiered team of learning professionals was established across North America and Australia. Prior experience includes Director of Culture & Talent Development at Earth Fare, overseeing employee development for a 5,000-employee organization, and Training & Development Manager at Amazon, responsible for training program implementation across the network. Additional roles include customer service management at Amazon and various leadership positions in church music and education, culminating in a Bachelor of Arts in Education from Marshall University.
