Ranjit Pillai

Ranjit Pillai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Identity Experiences at lululemon, Ranjit oversees three frontend teams comprising over 17 engineers, focusing on team growth and mentorship. Previously, at iHerb, LLC, Ranjit successfully doubled the team size and spearheaded multiple revenue-generating projects. Ranjit has held various managerial roles at CoStar Group - Ten-X Commercial and Auction.com, where contributions included leading full stack engineering teams, rewriting legacy code, and enhancing product features. Prior to these positions, Ranjit worked as a software engineer at Power Assure, eBay, and Hirodex, where development expertise was honed across multiple projects. Ranjit holds a degree from Gujarat University, as well as educational qualifications from Hebron and Manipal Academy of Higher Education.
