Ranjit Pillai is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Identity Experiences at lululemon, Ranjit oversees three frontend teams comprising over 17 engineers, focusing on team growth and mentorship. Previously, at iHerb, LLC, Ranjit successfully doubled the team size and spearheaded multiple revenue-generating projects.
