Ryan Sherman is the owner and operator of Ocean CrossFit since 2014. They previously served as the Director of the Team Training Division at Coerver Coaching from 2010 to 2013, where they managed a team of 15-20 employees and engaged with various soccer clubs across the region. Ryan also owned CFS NJ LLC from 2012 to 2013 and interned at Ansell Zaro Grimm & Aaron P.C. in 2009, gaining experience in real estate law. They earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from Boston College in 2009 and currently serve as an ambassador for lululemon athletica.
