Shannon Laughlin has extensive experience in retail management, with a notable tenure at Dutch Bros Coffee as an Assistant Manager from May 2009 to May 2016. Following this, Shannon served in various roles at lululemon from September 2025 to August 2025, including Guest Experience Manager, Key Leader, and Guest Experience Lead, where responsibilities encompassed leading a team of 70 employees towards significant sales targets, enhancing guest experiences for over 200,000 customers annually, and facilitating team meetings.
