Shawn Cramer

Shawn Cramer currently serves as the Senior Director of Health & Benefits at lululemon since December 2024. Prior to this role, Cramer was the Head of Total Rewards at BCI from September 2023 to December 2024, overseeing a comprehensive suite of compensation and benefits programs. From January 2019 to September 2023, Cramer held the position of Eastern Hemisphere Total Rewards Leader at GE Aerospace, managing Total Rewards across various international markets. Earlier experience includes serving as Compensation and Benefits Leader for the MENAT region and Compensation and Benefits Manager for the GCC, Pakistan, and Yemen at GE. Cramer began a career in compensation and benefits by leading initiatives at Maersk Oil as the Head of Compensation, Benefits & HRIS from February 2012 to December 2015. Educational qualifications include a course in Fundamentals of Executive Compensation from the HR Policy Association and a Global Reward Management degree from Vlerick Business School.
