Anisa Kumar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership and strategic roles within the retail and eCommerce sectors. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Customer Officer at Narvar since November 2021, Anisa focuses on enhancing post-purchase experiences and addressing consumer pain points. Additionally, Anisa is an Independent Board Director for Lulus Fashion Lounge and a Chief member in the San Francisco chapter. Prior to Narvar, Anisa held various senior roles at Levi Strauss & Co., including Senior Vice President and Managing Director of US Direct to Consumer, where Anisa drove substantial growth across multiple channels. Anisa's experience also includes leadership positions at Walmart.com and Mervyns, emphasizing operational efficiency, financial strategy, and eCommerce excellence. Anisa holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from the University of California, Davis, and a Master's in Genetic Engineering/Biotechnology from the University of Mumbai.
