Jose Rios

Jose Rios is a results-driven operational leader with extensive experience in improving processes and building high-performing teams. They served as an Operations Manager at QVC and currently hold the same title at Lulus. Previously, they were a General Manager at thredUP, where they transitioned the facility from a non-automated to an automated distribution center, leading a significant team. Jose has also held leadership roles at CarMax and The TJX Companies, Inc., demonstrating a strong commitment to servant leadership and continuous improvement. They are currently pursuing a degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching at the Community College of Philadelphia.
