Shelby Whaley

Shelby Whaley has a diverse work experience in the customer service and hospitality industries. Shelby started their career at C.R. Gibbs American Grille as a hostess, busser, and expeditor, where they were responsible for scheduling reservations, accommodating special needs, and managing the dining room. Shelby then moved on to Sol Mexican Grill, where they held multiple roles including manager, server, barback, and bartender. In this position, they supervised dining room personnel, coordinated special events, and mastered the art of multitasking. Most recently, Shelby worked at Lulus.com as a customer service representative, where they provided exceptional service to customers through various communication platforms and demonstrated a thorough understanding of consumer needs.

Shelby Whaley began their education at Shasta College in 2012, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Shelby completed their Associate of Arts degree in this field in 2014. Subsequently, Shelby enrolled at California State University, Chico, from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.
