Caitlin Reyda has over 12 years of work experience in engineering and research. Caitlin began their career in 2008 as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Hatsopoulos Microfluids Laboratory at MIT. In 2009, they joined the Biomechatronics Group at the MIT Media Lab as an Undergraduate Researcher. In 2010, they worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at the Computational Interaction and Robotics Laboratory at Johns Hopkins University. From 2011 to 2014, they worked at the Laboratory for Manufacturing and Productivity at MIT, where they were a Graduate Research Assistant and Women's Technology Program Instructor. In 2014, they joined Formlabs as a Mechanical Design Engineer, and was later promoted to Mechanical Engineering Manager and Engineering Program Manager. In 2021, they joined Lumafield as an Engineering Program Manager, where they are responsible for developing the world's first accessible X-Ray CT scanner for engineers.
Caitlin Reyda received a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2011, and a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the same institution in 2014.
