Dan Herman

Dan Herman is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management and enterprise sales. Currently serving as an Enterprise Account Executive at Lumafield since July 2025, Dan previously held positions at Fictiv as Senior Account Executive and Account Executive, focusing on the Consumer, Health, and Retail sectors. Prior to Fictiv, Dan was an Account Manager at Fathom, where the emphasis was on transforming product design and manufacturing processes. Dan's extensive experience also includes roles at ORBIS Corporation, where responsibilities included leading custom regional sales and serving as a Senior Sales Engineer, as well as managing a packaging lab at Sealed Air Corporation. Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Packaging Science from Michigan State University.
