Dan P.

Dan P. has over 10 years of experience in the software engineering field. Dan began their career in 2011 as a Teaching Assistant at the California Institute of Technology, where they taught students in the Microprocessor Laboratory. In 2012, they worked as an Electrical/Software Engineering Intern at Raytheon. From 2013 to 2015, they were an Engineer at Qualcomm, where they studied thermal control algorithms and predictive modeling. From 2015 to 2017, they were the Head of Firmware and Hardware Engineering at Kuna Systems. Dan then moved to Elementary as the CTO in 2017, and since 2022, they have been the Head of Software at Lumafield, where they are responsible for developing the world's first accessible X-Ray CT scanner.

Dan P. attended Caltech from 2010 to 2014, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Electrical Engineering.
