Ric Fulop

Ric Fulop's work experience includes being the Co-Founder, Chairman, and CEO of Desktop Metal since October 2015. Ric is also the Co-founder and Chairman of Lumafield since July 2019. Additionally, they serve as a Visiting Committee member for the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology starting from November 2021. Ric Fulop is a Board Member of Vicarious Surgical Inc. since June 2020, and a Founding Board Member of Higharc since October 2018. Ric is a Seed Investor for Hadrian since October 2021. Previously, they served as a Founding Board Member of Onshape Inc. from November 2012 to October 2015. Ric Fulop attended the MIT Sloan School of Management from 2004 to 2006, where they obtained an MBA as a Sloan Fellow. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications from the Federal Aviation Administration, including IFR, MEL, PIC single pilot turbine (EMB-500), and a Private Pilot License.
