Ashley Willis

Ashley Willis is an Associate Quantitative Research Scientist at Lumanity since September 2022, following a progression of roles including Senior Quantitative Research Analyst, Senior Research Associate, and Research Associate. Prior to joining Lumanity, Ashley worked as a Research Associate at Endpoint Outcomes Research LLC for a short period, which was later acquired by Lumanity. Academic background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Anthropology and Sociology from UC Santa Barbara, where Ashley also held the role of Research Assistant in both the Center for Evolutionary Psychology and the Cancer Biology & Microchimerism Lab, conducting significant research projects and data analysis. Previous experience includes management positions at Dioji K-9 Resort & Athletic Club and Dog Park Cafe, Inc., as well as serving as a Student Ambassador of Planetary Health at UC Santa Barbara.
