Joshua Eden has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Joshua began their career as a Server at Elephant Bar Restaurants before moving to Starbucks in 2012, where they served as a Shift Supervisor. In 2014, they joined Apple as an Operations Specialist, Workshop Leader, and Product Specialist. In 2018, Joshua moved to HP, where they were a Public Sector Account Manager. Later that year, they joined Target as a Visual Merchandising Team Lead. Most recently, in 2021, Joshua joined Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl) as a Customer Success Manager and was subsequently promoted to Senior Customer Success Manager.

Joshua Eden's education history includes attending Central New Mexico Community College from 2011 to 2013, where they studied Psychology, and Hillsong College from 2008 to 2009, where they studied Social Work & Theology. Joshua also has several certifications, including a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER obtained in June 2022, a CybSafe Certification in Security Awareness from CybSafe obtained in November 2021, a Product Manager Certificate from Product School obtained in April 2021, Achieving the Sustainable Development Goals from edX obtained in June 2019, and Environmental Protection and Sustainability from edX obtained in April 2019.
