Lilla Dory

Lilla Dory has held various roles in the customer service and sales industry. From 2016 to 2017, they worked as a Brand Representative at Hollister Co. and as a Sales Representative at Coast. From 2019 to 2021, they held multiple roles at John Lewis & Partners, UEA Students' Union, and Contentive. Most recently, they have been an Associate Customer Success Manager at Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl) since 2022.

Lilla Dory graduated from University of East Anglia in 2021 with a degree in International Development with Politics. Prior to that, they attended Parkside Sixth Form and obtained an International Baccalaureate in 2018. Before that, they attended Comberton Village College and obtained their GCSE in 2016. In addition, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 certification from SuccessHACKER in September 2022.
