Odette Colebrook has worked in various roles since 2012. Odette started as a Reception/ Legal Support at McLeods Lawyers in 2012, followed by a Sales Consultant at Health 2000+ Limited in 2013. In 2014, they became an Administrative Assistant at PwC New Zealand and then took on additional roles as an Intern, Accounts Administrator, and Personal Assistant at the same company in 2015. In 2016, they Co-Founded and served as the Operations Lead for Squawk Squad. From 2018 to 2021, they held various roles at Tradify, including Customer Account Manager (UK), Partner Success Manager, and Customer Success Champion. Odette is currently a Customer Success Manager at Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl).

Odette Colebrook completed a Bachelor of Business in Management at Auckland University of Technology between 2012 and 2017. Odette also attended Massey University from 2013 to 2014, where they earned a Certificate in Science & Technology. In 2021, they obtained a Mastership in Customer Success from Winning by Design, and in 2022, they obtained a Certified Customer Success Manager (CCSM) Level 1 from SuccessHACKER.
