Zi Mansour

Head Of Customer Success at Lumar

Zi Mansour has been working in the digital marketing and customer success industries since 2018. In 2020, they joined Lumar (formerly Deepcrawl) as the Customer Success Regional Lead, EMEA and later became Senior Customer Success Manager and Customer Success Manager. In this role, they worked with Enterprise accounts to enable on-going value and align DeepCrawl with their overarching business objectives and ensure they reach their goals. Prior to this, Zi Mansour worked as a Client Relationship Manager at Imparture, providing digital marketing and social media training to business professionals.

Zi Mansour attended Oxford Brookes University from 2008-2017, where they earned a Foundation Diploma in International Foundation in Arts, Humanities, and Law in 2012-2013, a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in Law in 2013-2016, and a Master of Science - MS in International Business Economics in 2016-2017. Prior to Oxford Brookes University, Zi Mansour attended The Senior School, Nicosia from 2008-2012, where they earned A Levels+IGCSEs.
