Lumatrak provides a service and software platform that helps organizations manage supply chains where on-time, in-full delivery is mission-critical. Currently available for retail construction and remodels, manufacturing, and healthcare devices and pharmaceuticals. When we started the company, we did a deep dive, trying to understand why time-critical supply chains are so difficult to manage. We discovered two critical points. 1. They consist of a vast number of disconnected companies and disparate systems. 2. They are dynamic, problems are random, and no one knows about them until it is too late. Based upon our discovery, we developed a software platform, PULSE™, that collects and aggregates specific data from all the disconnected companies and disparate systems. Then, using event-driven architecture, we provide real-time situational awareness. By transforming fragmented and reactive processes into connected, proactive ones, we enable teams to anticipate issues before they escalate, improving execution, and strengthening communication, collaboration, and accountability. And we accomplish this with minimal IT involvement. Our goal is to empower people to work together, better, and faster.
