Adam A. possesses over a decade of HR leadership experience, currently serving as the HR Operations Director for EMEA at Colt Technology Services since September 2010. In this role, Adam leads a team of 16 professionals, focusing on strategic planning and policy development while reporting directly to the VP of HR Operations. Previously, Adam held the interim position of Head of HR for the EMEA region, overseeing a larger team of 27 professionals, and was the first global HR Business Partner at Colt, providing essential HR support for a billion-dollar business. Prior to Colt, Adam worked as an HR Business Partner at Barclays Bank, where a proactive approach was taken to align HR interventions with business objectives. Adam holds GCSEs from Kelsey Park.
